A satisfaction survey to evaluate SBMU educational and welfare services for international students is in presses
Dear Student,
Student satisfaction is one of the factors that affects the development of universities. Living in a new culture and educational environment presents challenges for international students, which in turn impacts their satisfaction.
The purpose of this study is to estimate the level of satisfaction of SBMU international students and improve the quality and quantity of university services. Therefore, your answers will help us to extend them to our higher education system and ensure the quality of educational policy and planning in this university in the future.
This survey will be conducted at the International Campus and the university faculties from June 21, 2024 to July 2, 2024. To participate in such programs, please pay attention to the relevant announcements and contact the Student Affairs Department.
It is worth mentioning that this is an anonymous process and its results are completely confidential. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
